"Ryan three absolutely massive points today, how was it for you?"
RS: "What a game! It was amazing wasn't it. I know that the chances we gave away towards the end isn't ideal, but to win it in that fashion and have so many bodies on the line, it's probably something we haven't seen over the past few weeks."
" We've been conceding really cheap goals, and we worked on tat in the week, some sessions on putting your body on the line and being a bit resilient and tougher in the box, so it was nice to see it pay off in the end."
"Fair play to Joe (Joe Watson) at the end, keeping a cool head and scoring and I thought across the whole game we were well worthy of the three points."
"A massive contrast from Monday night at Redbridge, what did you say to the lads after the game?"
RS: "I don't often lose my temper with the players, I try to be classy where I can, but I let them know on Monday that it's not acceptable. Too many people were going on holiday and people dipping out of training. Not enough good things were happening, so they got a grilling Monday night.
"We had a really, really good session on Thursday, and then today, superb. It does help when we've got a full squad. We are not full, we still have quite a few players missing, but we were relatively settled today. We had a good back four in place, and Chaz (Charlie Turner) back in goal obviously helps."
"I thought we were just superb across the board."
And what about that goal from Charlie Durling?
RS: "Yep, another one. He does it every year doesn't he, little spells where he gets a few goals, and hopefully he gets another one Tuesday night as well. "
