A dominant display today, but the result doesn't really do justice for the performance, what are your thoughts on that?

RS: "You're spot on. We were absolutely superb today. The football we played was great and tactically we looked good, defended really well and apart from the two goals we conceded Roan (Roan Tucker) didn't have a lot to do and we probably had fifteen half-chances and a handful of good chances and nothing came for us today.

"And unfortunately, what I just said to the players is when you are down and nothing goes for you, nothing goes, and in a few weeks' time, some of those shots Harry had, one of them will hit someone in the shin or in the backside and find its way in and then everything changes for you. At the moment, you look at their goals, one was a mistake from us, and one was loaded into the box from a free kick, and it comes off the back of his head into the goal.

"So, when things don't go for you, I can tell you that nothing goes for you and you just need something to make the change, and it will come.

Newmarket away on Tuesday, what is your message to the players?

RS: "It will be the same as today, because this pitch here is immaculate, fair play to Takeley and I think Newmarket have had a new 4G layed, so we'll look forward to getting on the pitch."

"We've got to iron out mistakes. If we look at all the games we have played this season, I think we have lost four of them from our own clear errors, and that's not me digging out any particular players; we have to cut out errors collectively."

"The message will be to cut out the errors and just stick with it. Stick with doing the right things, none of us are going anywhere, we did it last year with a bad start, and we will definitely do it again!"

Dan Brock is back after a few seasons away; how did he get on today?

RS: "He did well. It's tough as I don't think he's played at this level for a year or two, but he's come back in, and he's a really top lad. Really nice to work with and he's physical and athletic, something we haven't got so much, so I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do."

"On top of that, a few lads have gone out on loan and come back really hungry, and we have Clowsley on his way back and Doogs (Karl Duguid), so we've gotten some new staff, and everything is a bit like a fresh start. We just need to get that first win, and things will be even better."
