BRFC Ladies have just completed their 1st season in open age football and have made this massive step with some distinction, with all bar one of the Ladies still being eligible to play youth football.

Following 8 seasons in the Essex Girls League they made the step to Open Age in the Suffolk Ladies League and competed well with established teams.

The opportunity to manage this long-standing, young, enthusiastic, conscientious and technically astute squad is now open to applications following the current manager reluctantly stepping down after 21 years coaching with this community club.

Minimum requirements are to passionately commit, to lead by example, to ensure stability and to further develop and establish these ladies in open age football.

FA level 1 coaching achievement, which does not have to be held to apply, will be ultimately required.

BRFC are committed as a club to Ladies football and will give this role and the squad full support to ensure that there is a long term, healthy future.
