Kano Returns!

Brightlingsea Regent are pleased that Kane Gilbert has committed ahead of the new season.

Kano arrived at North Road in the summer of 2020 and went on to play in 11 of the 12 matches last season.

The former Peterborough United youngster was signed by then manager, Kem Izzet from Halstead Town

Tom Austin commented on Kane’s return, “Kano has been top quality since I have come in. We have built a very good relationship.”

“His will to want to learn and quality he possesses on the ball is 2nd to none. He is very tenacious and works very very hard for the team.”
