Jerry Kamanzi Arrives

Brightlingsea Regent have today completed the signing of Jeremiah Kamanzi on Loan until the end of the season from Leiston.

Jerry is a Midfielder who has previously been with Brentford, Colchester United, AFC Sudbury, Maldon & Tiptree and Needham Market.

Kamanzi is an energetic, tenacious and strong ball winning Midfielder who has an eye for a pass, also chipping in with the odd goal or two.

A regular at Needham Market last season, featuring 39 times and becoming a fans favourite before being released in May, where he Joined Leiston in the summer signing a two-year contract.

The 22 Year-old, who is Ugandan, has featured 14 times this season, scoring once.

Manager Kem Izzet commented “I am looking forward to working with Jerry and adding him to our squad, he is a player I have admired for sometime and believe he will be a great addition”
