Lamell Howell has returned to the club after having a spell with Regent in the 2015-16 season where he played 28 games.
Lamell was a popular character in his first spell and returns to the club after a successful season last season with Brantham Athletic.
He joined Brantham from Debenham and scored 17 goals combined for the two clubs which helped him scoop Player’s Player of the Year at the Brantham end of season awards.
“Lamell is one of the nicest lads in non-league football and a real genuine character, he’s another one that will fit in immediately and despite being a nice lad on the pitch he’s a tough, hard-working tenacious wide player who can also operate just off the striker.”
“He joins us at a great time for him coming off the back of a successful season and once again it was pleasing that he was eager to join us and we both feel Lamell has a bit of unfinished business at the club.”
“Like with the other signings we’ve made so far we are bringing in young players that have had successful seasons winning awards at their previous clubs and who want to come and not only test themselves at a higher level but want to be part of this club” said Regent Boss Tom Rothery
Welcome Back Lamell!
