Brightlingsea Regent Football Club is inviting expressions of interest for a franchise partnership to operate our bar and hospitality venue at North Road.

The clubhouse features a fully equipped bar, kitchen, take-away window and boardroom, along with a stage, dancefloor, projector, big screen, and live football facilities — offering an ideal setting for both matchday service and private events such as parties, celebrations, and community gatherings.

With a regular, built-in audience, the venue benefits from strong matchday footfall — averaging 238 supporters per home game across 27 fixtures last season, with a peak attendance of 415.
