Brightlingsea Regent FC are delighted to announce the exciting opportunity for our young fans to design the R’s official away shirt which will be used for the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons.

The competition is open to all children under the age of 13 and the Brightlingsea Primary school have very kindly agreed to distribute the templates for their near on 750 pupils to complete their designs. These should be with the school early next week. A PDF version can also be printed from our website for those that wish to enter.

The rules of the competition are as follows:

• Entrants must be 13 years of age or younger
• The Kit can be any colour or design except for red and black
• The design must be around the sponsor logo and the badge.
• Contact details must be provided of the child’s parent/guardian
• All entries can be submitted via email to commercial@brightlingsearegentfc.com or handed in to the Life Care Home Living Shop in Brightlingsea High Street
• All entries must be submitted by the 6th June 2022.

The winning shirt will be picked out by the first team manager Brett Munyard and the lucky winner will receive a kit free of charge and their name will be printed into the design.

Chairman Terry Doherty had this to add "Off the back of the free season ticket for school kids campaign, our young fan base increased significantly last year. We want to engage with them and other children from the local community as much as we can to encourage more youngsters through the gate. They are the future of this great club"
