In order to help those struggling over the Christmas period, we are looking to collect as many items and cash as possible. In return, anyone that donates an item will be given a raffle ticket for a chance to win some excellent prizes, put together by the club volunteers.

"Brightlingsea Regent FC don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we want to help provide emergency food and support to local people who are referred to the foodbank in times of crisis. Over a third of those that Foodbanks help are children. Colchester Foodbank are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK."

Ready-made custard/ puddings

Snacks, crisps or nibbles

Instant hot chocolate
Long life milk

Tinned macaroni/ravioli
Tinned vegetables
Tinned custard/rice pudding

Multi pack biscuits- Kit Kat Club
Shampoo, razors, shower gel,
Male and female deodorant, shaving gel/foam
Small packs of washing powder/gel/tabs
Nappies size 5,6,7

We cannot take home made items, jams etc, or any items containing alcohol.

All foods must be in date and have at least a 2 month best before date
