Ryan, a game of two halves today, what are your thoughts on it?

RS: "Well, I just had this laugh with Doogs (Karl Duguid) as we walked off. Every interview is the same for me and people watching probably think 'does he know what he is on about', but we were good again today. There is no doubt that we deserve something out of that game."

"One-nil up and unfortunately two errors cost us the game and I've just said that we have played ten games this season, and I think six of them have been lost due to errors, and it is not something we can work on."

"I can't cut out errors, it is a decision-making thing, it is a mentality thing that we have to change. As soon as we change that, we will be alright, because anyone watching will know we are a decent side."

"We probably lack a bit of experience, for when we go ahead and have to see the games out or when we are behind to try and get back into it, but ultimately, decision making and errors are costing us at the moment."

"I can't fault the work rate, the two new boys (David Ogbechie and Daniel Falako) that came in were great, and I thought the performance was good."

In the first half we had a really good performance, what do you think changed in the second half?

RS: "I think psychologically, when you are one-nil down like Bowers were, you come out and you have to try and win the game. "

"Ultimately, they are going to open up a bit more, and do you know what, we spoke about not sitting off, not just taking their pressure for forty-five minutes, and we ended up sitting off a little too much and invited too much pressure, but I don't think Roan made a save, so we did that well. Just made two mistakes, and then we lose the game."

"I can't fault either half, we were good first half, we defended really well second half, and slipped up twice and lost the game."

What is the game plan for Tuesday's match against AFC Sudbury?

RS: "Obviously we've gotten a few missing, from the diabolical game on Tuesday night. I won't comment on that too much and thankfully one red has been overturned. The game plan is very much what we always do, go into it and try and win the game. We've got some new personnel coming in on Tuesday night, and we feel confident.

"We don't come out of these losses and feel down, we are actually playing well, and we know if we iron out the mistakes, then we will be absolutely fine."
