Ryan Salter – Head Coach; Ryan returned to the club alongside new manager Tom Austin, Ryan needs no introduction to the club having played 106 times and later become Head Coach under then manager James Webster. Salts was an integral asset to the club when it was promoted to The Isthmian Premier League in 2018. He later left the club to link back up with Webster at Aveley before taking the role with Austin at FC Clacton. Ryan is a dedicated hard-working coach who knows how to get the best out of his players.
