We welcome back Sean Congram this year as manager of the Under 18's. Sean has recently moved back to the area and can’t wait to be out there coaching and managing his hometown club again.

Sean has a wealth of experience in developing players at youth level; he has held previous youth coaching positions at Newcastle United, Colchester United Foundation and currently works for the Colne Community School as a PE Teacher. Along with his teaching responsibilities Sean is one of the coaches for our Academy. Sean has also coached in America in New Jersey working with a range of development teams.

Sean is excited with this opportunity to share his passion for developing youth players in the coming season.
