Regent Bring In Yaxley

Brightlingsea Regent have signed Joe Yaxley from Thurlow Premier side Brantham Athletic.

Joe, a midfielder trained on Thursday with the team and will be available for today’s game against league leaders Dorking Wanderers.

Joe 23 moved to Brantham from Bury Town and has also played in the Welsh league.

Joe is a technically strong player who has impressed for Brantham and we’ve had him watched several times, I feel he can add something to us in the final third and once again strengthens the squad and options we have said Tom Rothery.

Thanks to the Brantham Management team of Swanny, Craig and Sibbo who were excellent with this transfer.

Elsewhere, Milo Grimes will now be staying with Stanway Rovers for the remainder of this season after a short loan, his impressive displays have helped Stanway climb the league and we wish him the best.
