Bradbrook Departs

By Tony Osborne

James Bradbrook leaves the R’s

Unfortunately James has decided to leave Brightlingsea Regent after just over a season with Regent.

Last seasons Young Player of the year, James was an ever present for Brightlingsea in the 2018-19.

“It’s disappointing to lose Bradders as I did want him to stay.”

“I brought James to the club and watched him develop in that time especially since the introduction of goalkeeper coach John but unfortunately despite trying to agree a deal with James he has decided he wants to move on which obviously he is entitled too and I wish him all the best.”

“This is a position I wasn’t looking to change in honesty but these things happen and we have moved quickly to replace him as I always sadly believed it was going this way and I believe we have acquired another excellent young keeper”said Regent Boss Tom Rothery.

Details of our new Number 1 along with other new signings will be announced soon
